Introduction:
At Samay Shakti Astrology, we strive to provide quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or cancel your order. Below are our policies regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds for both products and services.
Service Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. Kundali Vishleshan, Kundali Milan, Kundali Nirman, Vastu Services, Muhurt Services:
- If you cancel your order within 3 hours from your Order time, you will receive a refund of 80% of your order amount. No refund will be issued if your order is completed before cancellation.
- Orders cancelled after 3 hours from the order time will not be eligible for any refund as work commences within 1 hour from the order time.
2. Appointment with Guru Jee or Appointment with Vastu Expert:
- Cancellation made before 36 hours of the appointment time will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation made before 24 hours of the appointment time will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time.
Digital Product:
- The "Pujan List" is non-refundable.
Physical Product - Pujan Samagri:
1. Not Returnable But Refundable:
- Certain products such as Dairy Products, Ghee, Dhupbatti, etc., cannot be returned after delivery. However, if the order is cancelled before delivery, a 100% refund will be provided.
2. Returnable & Refundable:
- Products such as Clothes, Pujan Samagri Packages, etc., can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement if damaged or missing.
Note - Whether the product is returnable or not will be clearly written in the Product Description or Product Highlights or on the Product Page.
Refund Policy:
- You can return or replace your product within 7 days from the delivery date.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product or if it does not match the description, you can raise a replacement or return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For damaged products, please initiate the return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product to avoid rejection.
- Successful pick-up of the product is subject to certain conditions, including the product being in unused, undamaged, and original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- After you cancel any order on Samay Shakti Astrology, the amount due to you as per our above Cancellation Policy will be refunded to you within 5 working days from your Cancellation Date to the Bank Account Details or UPI ID given by you at the time of Cancellation or You will receive the amount at the same address through which you have made the payment.
Note - If you entered the details wrongly and your refund amount goes to someone else, then you will be responsible for it, Samay Shakti Astrology will not be responsible for it. Samay Shakti Astrology will not be of any help in getting your money back or in talking to the other person
